Returns and Exchanges Policy – QRJoy Wholesale

At QRJoy Wholesale, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the goal of ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Standard Returns:

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website or from our Cash & Carry for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery/purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our return or warranty policy.

Clearance Items:

All clearance items are sold as-is, without warranty, and are not returnable.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you need assistance with shipping an item back, please contact our Returns Department.

To initiate a return, please email us with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how your items can be sent back (subject to return approval).

If your return is approved, please ensure your items are well-packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, the quickest and easiest way is to place a new order for the item you need. Then, email us for instructions on how to return your unused items for a refund. This ensures you receive the correct items quickly, and we will process your refund once the returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will refund the product value, excluding any original shipping charges, back to the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund within seven working days of returning your items, please contact us to confirm that we have received your return. If we have processed your refund and it hasn’t posted to your account, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank or payment provider as it may take additional time for the funds to be credited back to your account.
